We visited this dealership ready to make a purchase, but unfortunately left empty-handed due to a poor sales experience. The young salesperson we dealt with was unfamiliar with the products and, more importantly, was dismissive and rude toward my family. For a business that relies on customer trust for large purchases, this kind of interaction is unacceptable. A real shame given that we came in motivated to buy. Hopefully management addresses this... it's costing them sales.

Matt hooked me up with a Kubota KX018 mini excavator — second machine we’ve bought from him. Always great service and super fast delivery. He also took the time to show me how everything works and did a full demo on the machine. Solid guy to deal with.
