Tyler Strother is a top notch, honest, and trustworthy! He is always my go-to point man! His customer service is leaps and bounds above virtually any one ive had to fortune to work with. I promise you, he will take care of any situation that could arise!! Dedicated employees are few and far between!!
Their sales/service people seem knowledgeable. BUT...I am very disappointed that Norfolk Power refuses to service the Honda generator, Echo Leaf Blower, and Ariens snow blower which I purchased from them! As they no longer carry these brands, they refused to help me with service...even on just a simple seasonal tune-up! That's very poor customer service in my opinion. I will never purchase another piece of power equipment from them again. Think carefully before you do!
These guys are problem solvers. They listened to the problems I was having with my machine, told me what they were going to do, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Problem solved, it’s working great! Thanks guys.
Well… after years of buying Stihl products from Norfolk power, I will never shop or have service performed again here. Last year I bought a Stihl TS700 cut off saw from them, it was used for approximately 3 minutes before going back on the shelf for almost a year. I went to use the saw again and it would not start. So I brought this brand new $2400 saw back to them, I knew it was “out of warranty” but wanted it fixed.
