We recieved 3 estimates for A.C. to be installed in a finished basement. Two companies needed to make 4 or 5 holes in the ceiling to run coils and wiring though. Pascal's amazing team of Dave, Sam and Alex came on time on a rainy day and found a way to install efficiently without holes anywhere. Taking times to go through all my questions and leaving no mess behind only a happy customer. Thank you Pascal and Team!!
As a first-time home owner I appreciate these guys! Pascal trouble-shot w me over the phone my first week in this house and I've called them ever since. I've had them service my furnace, install a new AC and a new water heater. If there's ever been an issue Pascal has someone here ASAP. Reasonable rates and excellent customer service!

I’ve used Norfolk Mechanical in 2018 for a furnace/hot water tank installation, outstanding service and not one issue with either piece of equipment….Fast forward to 2024, needed a new air conditioner.. Pascal quoted a great price for a complete install. All went smoothly, on time, clean install and clean up…Bring on the heat! Thanks Pascal and Dave for the great job and service….Terry
