Norfolk Manor has been my Mom’s home now for 5 months. Her move was made easy by the professional and caring staff. They have been a huge support to our family. Mom loves the food and has made many new friends. I cannot say enough about the excellent level of care my Mom receives. David, Lisa, Tammy and Sheila are a tight knit team that care for their residents with kindness and respect. It is a comfort to me knowing my Mom is happy and getting the best care possible. Thank you Norfolk Manor staff!
I can't say enough about the wonderful life Norfolk has given my mother in the 15 years she has been there. It is a family home, not an institution, from top to bottom. I recommend it to anyone looking for a retirement home for themselves or their loved ones.
It has been almost 4 years since we moved my mother to Norfolk Manor and everyone involved could not be happier. The care, compassion and attention to detail that David and his staff have afforded to Mom during her time their is impressive. Mom is treated like a family member and she has a perpetual smile on her face because of it.
