Most lovely and welcoming staff. Made the group of us feel at home over the weekend. Would recommend staying here with your families and friends
We had an infant and my parents travelling with us and Michael made sure we had apartments on the same floor which made life much easier. We had to extend our stay twice for medical reasons and the communication was excellent as there were events on in the Gold Coast we needed to be aware of to keep our booking. Apart from that we loved the apartments, they were well stocked and had beautiful views of the beach and proximity to everything : )
Absolutely no luxury in sight. I felt rushed into my apartment like i was putting them out and not even any info in the room like wifi. My toilet seat was disgusting and so was my sister's toilet seat in her room yes I have a photo) The fridge smelt and the back splash was dirty..we got 3 rubbish bags in total inc bathrooms and 1 dishwasher tab for 3 nights The rot in the wardrobe in my sisters room was shocking and obviously there was leek and never made to look half decent. Beautiful clean rooms. All the amenities you would need. Excellent location. Our apartment had exceptional views. Michael and Brooke provide excellent on-site service.
