I'm giving two stars to the person who assessed my flat. He was professional, polite and helpful. All comms prior my assessment was via email. It works better for me. My assessment on 12 March 2025 was quick and I was told to expect my quote the following week. It's now eight weeks later and it's not been sent. I've asked for an emailed update, but nothing. Very disappointing.

I was in need of a boiler service certificate for moving home. I phoned Norfolk Heating and was greeted by Kiya on the phone, he understood I was in a bit of a hurry and booked me in within minutes. Special thanks to Mikki who came to the house the next day and noticed a repair was needed. He ordered the part on the spot and came back to fit with no issues at all. Certificate was received on the same day. I can’t recommend this company enough, 5 stars 🌟.
