Efficient, focused and dialed in to your health. Very fortunate to have these professional health care providers, in our area. I was treated well, diagnosed and given direction, moving forward. Very astute and compassionate doctor on August 13th. Xray tech was very thorough and nice. The admin was quick and nurses empathetic. Impressive team on shift when I was there. Very down to earth yet professional. Thank you for everything.

Unacceptable wait times. Just go to Hagersville unless you want to waste 10 hours. Discharged without diagnostic results and given a "we don't know what's taking so long"

I had the wonderful experience at Norfolk General Hospital for an asthma attack! Phenomenal genuine nurturing care by the medical team! So thankful!

Horrible service at emergency area. People sitting in grey chair and waiting for red chairs to be available before being called. People mix up who was first. A lady attacked by a dog and face bleeding told to wait in line . She had to get towels in washroom to wash blood in her face that was coming down. Waiting time 7 to 9 hrs , I got out then drove to Hagersvile it was so much better atmosphere and great service. Simcoe hospital has major issues I don't recommend to no one to go there

Was not looking forward to going to Er because of my previous experience with long waits-this time was a cardiac issue- can’t say anything bad about my experience- they were quick, attentive and very compassionate- Julia and Spencer were amazing. Thanks so much for your terrific care. My faith has been restored in NGH and staff❤️
