Update!!!The tires in the bags were not summer tires,they were ATV tires.Went to buy summer tires only to find out the rim was bent and wobbling.Rim was discontinued and had to buy new rims.How do you saftey with a bent rim?And why would I call you?I don't want you near my car.I bought a Veloster Turbo from here.The weather was bad that day and the breaks needed to be done so I didn't bother test driving it.I did though lay on the ground and look for rust.It had a upgraded over sized exhaust pipe,flex pipe and resinator.This... read more

I bought a Veloster Turbo from here.The weather was bad that day and the breaks needed to be done so I didn't bother test driving it.I did though lay on the ground and look for rust.It had a upgraded over sized exhaust pipe,flex pipe and resinator.This was a big plus as it had no rust and was probably stainless steel.Jamie showed me the oil was full while cold.The car wasn't ready in time so Jamie threw in the summer tires I wanted.Checked the oil a month later and it smelled like gas and dripped off the stick.Couple weeks l... read more

My son was buying his first car today and we drove all the way to Orillia from Penetanguishene, to look at a car at another dealership (we made an appointment) and then head to Norfolk .....We would have made an appointment, but we called for TWO DAYS and no one answered the phone. Once we were done at the 1st dealership, we immediately called Norfolk to come and look at a car that showed as IN STOCK on line. We told him the car we wanted to see as well. I brought a Chev Trax back in December n just love it. Jamie walked me through the process n was very helpful in answering all my questions n concerns. Had alittle hiccup but it was resolved with no complications. Thanks Jamie to you n your employees 😉

Bought an old ranger from Norfolk. Jamie was very upfront with everything during the process and showed me all of the work that was done for the certification. Overall very happy with the vehicle and would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
