I have been going to Norfolk Family Eye Care for quite a few years and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. Dr. Craig is exceptional, always patient and willing to answer questions and provides good advice. This year, after my examination, I was purchasing 2 pair of glasses and had excellent customer service from Danielle. She showed me many frames to try, never rushing me or trying to make the decision for me. She then also did some "tune-ups" on my current glasses....very much appreciated!
