Highly recommended... I am a landlord with one small rental and used NEAT for the first time - to update my EICR, replace a bathroom fan and upgrade my detectors. Very impressed by the service from both Gary and Kevin - good communication, value for money, quality work, clean and tidy. They also gave me good advice about the fan and advised me of a recent change in the law which my agent had not mentioned! Will definitely be my go-to electrical contractor in the future.

Gary came to look at the issue very quickly and explained what was wrong in easy to understand terminology. He fitted me in very quickly and the two guys Josh and Jo I believe were very polite, professional and cleaned everything up before they left. Highly recommend and would use again.

I called Gary this morning and he was here within a couple of hours. Less than an hour later he'd methodically identified the problem and had the electricity flowing again. I'll definately be saving his number and calling if I need his services in future.

We had an electrical failure on the bank holiday after Boxing Day. I contacted this company and received an immediate response from Gary. He came, as promised, first thing next morning and resolved the problem. I was very happy with the service and the prompt response to my request for help.
