I was looking for Clear Drain Service and found Norfolk Drain Services Ltd. The lady who answer the call was very friendly and gave me the convient time which suit us. Their team came on that day and their service was outstanding, Lee and Tom was very helpful, and explained how the job to carried out..After the job's done ,they've clean and clear the area. Lee even told me what i need to do in the future, Much Appreciated. Anyway, highly recommend their services. Thank you.
Be aware, that if you suspect that your toilet is blocking due to a narrowing of the toilet system, then they can only offer advice on the descaling of it, i.e a bottle of descaling remover, like Harpic. So after a look at the drains which were clear, we paid £150 and are still left with the issue. I did call to give a suggestion that when booking, if we think it could be the toilet drains, they could warn, they might not be the right persons for the job.
