Kim has been my hygenist for over a year now and I was an extremely nervous patient. From day 1 the practice has been fantastic. I can now go for deep cleans with no anxiety, Kim and all the team are always so gentle, caring and understanding. They really listen to what you have to say and make sure you are comfortable before and during any treatment. The receptionist staff and friendly and helpful. I have periodontal disease and have been in and out of dentists for years and Norfolk Dental are the best I have ever been too.
Totally amazing team at NDS. From the friendly and helpful reception staff, the nursing team, the hygienist and my dentist. Wonderful, all of them. My gums and teeth had some undiagnosed issues so they were painful and needed a lot of tlc. Dr Pradales and Mrs Palmer are absolute miracle workers and even they were astounded by the results of their work. Totally professional and I would give them all a huge hug as they have saved my smile. Thank you, thank you and thank you all again.
Absolutely fantastic care from Dr. Imran Sharif, his assistant, and the reception team at Norfolk Dental Specialists. I was nervous about my surgical extractions, but their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness put me at ease straight away. The option to listen to my choice of music was a wonderful touch that made the experience much more comfortable. Highly recommended!
I needed multiple implants after an accident and Hamed, his nurse Chloe and the entire NDS team are lovely. The surgery atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The implant surgery itself was remarkably untraumatic and Hamed's dedication to getting everything perfect is unparalleled. The end result was well worth waiting for!
Absolutely fantastic service I couldn't recommend enough. Everyone who works there has been so helpful and professional, Dr Imran and hygienist Ella have been so supportive and I'm feeling so much more positive!
