We had this insurance company a few years ago - their customer service was terrible and their record keeping was even worse. Friends and family have had similar experiences. Overall a problematic and greedy company. Avoid at all costs.
I emailed customer service asking a simple question about signing up online billing for a 2nd policy that we have. They responded by unregistered my online account without my permission so that I cannot get paperless billing, without even asking me first. Unprofessional behavior.
Our best experience with an insurance company to date, period. Our major home insurance claim was handled extremely well. We have had terrible experiences with "big name" auto insurance previously.
ONE OF WORST COMPANIES INSURANCE OR OTHERWISE IVE EVER DEALT WITH! MY SON WAS STRUCK BY AN UNINSURED MOTORIST & THEY WOULDNT COVER INITIALY SINCE MY SON WASNT INCLUDED IN HOUSEHOKD AS A DRIVER . HE DIDNT RESIDE WITH ME & SELDOM DROVE MY CAR BUT IRREGARDLESS I HAD TO FIGHT IN COURT FOR COVERAGE FOR BOTH MYSELF & OTHER AT FAULT UNINSURED DRIVERS DAMAGES. edit: Someone got in contact with me after leaving this review and my claim was resolved. 3.5 stars. I have comprehensive coverage on my car insurance which in MA is required to cover glass. However N&D Group did not cover my glass claim. I had to pay Safelite out of pocket. This was 5 weeks ago. Since then I have been in limbo. I've left probably 7 voicemails for the claims agent they keep telling me to talk to because apparently there is only one single person in this company able to help me?
