Five months waiting to pay his claint bumped my car.
I honestly wish I could go lower. My kid was hit by a driver that crossed over the middle line on a main road. Had she not been paying attention and swerved to the right, ultimately ending up on the sideway, she may not be alive today. The other driver took off, leaving some of their own car such as the side mirror behind. The police were called immediately and came to this hit and run scene. Absolutely terrible experience with this insurance company. I wish I could give 0 stars because they don't even deserve 1. Thank god they are not my agency. I filed a claim after being side swiped by a motorcyclist insured by them, and it has been nothing but a nightmare from day one. Communication was extremely poor, needing to text and call multiple times in order to get a response. They never sent anyone out to assess my car, they had me upload photos of the damage and even gave me total for the damages ($1500). They sent... read more
