I was impressed with the customer service I experienced with N&D group. This was the first time I've ever had to file a claim for damage to my car and the process couldn't have been smoother. Sara Henricksen, the adjuster assigned to my claim was super easy to get in touch with and was patient answering all of my questions. Sandra Duff, a claims supervisor, was extremely helpful when I had an issue with the rental car invoice and got it squared away immediately.
Greedy and they don’t care of you’ve been a customer for decades. Service is bottom of the barrel. There is absolutely no value to buying a policy with this company.
Extremely Disappointed with Their Service I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from Norfolk & Dedham. I paid for full coverage and rental coverage, expecting peace of mind in case of an accident. However, when I needed them the most, they completely let me down.
