I switched my insurance, because after a year they upped my premium an unreasonable amount and they charged me a return premium on top of my bill. Instead of contacting me my email as every other modern organization is able to do, they sent my bill to collections.

We have N&D as our home insurance. In July the metal hose under the sink in my son’s bathroom blew out of nowhere. The plumber said he had never seen anything like this in his 30yrs on the job. We had about 350k in water damage to our home and lost a total of 3 floors. It has been an absolute nightmare for my family (2 young kids under 2.5). Two weeks ago N&D dropped us! Avoid this place! All they do is lie. They’re withholding money that belongs to me. I know people who are having the same problem with this place.
Once again, I'm disappointed by the service and the lack of commitment to the customer in repairing my vehicle. I've been waiting for almost three months to have my car's sunroof replaced, and they've been playing games with me, now with yet another excuse. But I continue to pay for my insurance, supposedly to be protected for these kinds of situations.
