Just had my first cleaning at this dental office. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and very thorough. She even did a cancer test right before the exam which was unexpected.
I have a lot dental related anxiety and I have been more than impressed with the entire staff at Norfolk County Dental. They are kind and compassionate. Grateful I found this practice.
Highly recommend NCD to anyone looking for a dental office that takes a very caring, proactive approach to your dental needs. From teeth cleaning to crowns, the NCD team provides quality care along with a friendly environment. The front office (Sue, Brianna, and all others) are always very welcoming,pleasant, and responsive. I would not go anywhere else for my dental care.
My mom has been going there for years. She's 94 and has breathing difficulties. This office is on the 2nd floor with a large stairway to manage. No elevator, and they will not add a chair lift. They told me today "some of our patients call the fire dept to carry people up & down the stairs". I'm a firefighter, and this is a huge misuse of the system. They need to invest in a chair lift in the stairwell at a minimum.
From the front desk staff to the clinical staff NCDA is a caring and professional practice Dr Sun was very gentle and kind while working in my mouth I would recommend them for your dental needs
