A mixed experience here. Came here for a blood test, and the two ladies doing the tests (one with short blond hair, the other was also blonde with blue eye shadow) were lovely, really professional and engaged in friendly conversation, remembering us from our bloods 6 months ago and I would give them 5 stars. However the reception was our issue, the receptionist we dealt with was very quick, harsh, and rude to tell us that we are wrong and they are right for a very easy to make and simple mistake. It has a very friendly atmosphere
Brief outline of myself. 69 years of age & terminally ill with Emphysema & COPD. Use Ventilator and oxygen as & when it's needed. With a multitude of pills & inhalers to keep me going. Support was given by NCH & C Up until last week the care provided by the Matron was exceptional. However, last Wednesday I received a phone call to inform me that I would no longer be receiving the care and support that had been sustaining me through my illness.
