I had some issues getting a car off of my record as well as the property taxes for the vehicle which held back my ability to renew registration on my current vehicle, the commissioner of the revenue office & city treasury office answered my emails quickly & helped me resolve these issues with in days. I know there’s a lot of bad reviews but if you work with them in a professional manner & have the correct paper work they get things done quickly & efficiently.

Without a doubt the best example of what happens when incompetent people run government. These people are lazy, don’t reply to emails, don’t answer phones or anything. Have been trying all month to get my property taxes paid.

This office web page states you can make payments online or by phone. You can not. They also stated on phone that you have to come in, use their drop box or mail in your payments it was the only why to make a payment. Which is highly unusual & an inconvenience for businesses or personal individuals who are paying taxes. They also are sending bills to incorrect address with incorrect names when asked on a recorded line about it was told they could not update the information and I still had to pay the Collection agency along w... read more
