This is a very horrible place every question I needed answer to all I got was it's the Commonwealth Commonwealth make the laws, if I pay for a vehicle including all taxes why I'm still being charged taxes again for a vehicle this is not a home..... Then where's the taxes going I see no improvement in the state of Norfolk we just had a major flooding in different areas so it's not going there to fix the flooding
Homeowners in Black neighborhoods in Norfolk have zero amenities or basic needs met, none. So any amount of property tax is bogus when owning a house in a food dessert. Zero fresh veggies, zero fresh produce, zero fresh meat. Black Children are deprived of a decent healthy diet. Walmart on Princess Anne Rd is at a distance( not walkable).
