Very disappointed with wally, only giving two stars because he ran a free visual inspection (to be clear, this took 15 minutes of their time). I'm sure he's an OK mechanic, but he really needs to work on his customer service skills and communication. We'd agreed on the previous day I would stop by, and he texted me an estimate. Wally is a great guy. He was honest and upfront with me on parts and services. I told Wally I wanted Japan parts for the car. I plan to have him work on my Miata from now on.
