Great service. My 2019 Kia Sorento air conditioner was not blowing cold air. My longtime mechanic in San Mateo told me he checked it months prior, advised it was working fine. [Wally?] the owner diagnosed the problem as likely a small leak. He recommended an A/C charge that would likely last a few years over expensive replacement parts. AC worked great!! I did not realiize how poorly my A/C was working. And he completed the work in several hours on a Saturday. Highly recommend.
These guys are the best. Honest, good pricing, and Wally takes the time to walk you through everything in detail. Even if you go in for a smog check Wally makes sure you leave with a copy of the results just in case and reminds you to complete the registration payment. Honestly one of the best auto repair places in the Bay.
I wish I could give Norfolk Auto 6 Stars. They have exceptional service and are very quick. I've been using them for years and have always had great service at reasonable prices. It feels like they're really looking out for my best interests instead of overcharging to make a quick buck.
Nice place! I had an oil change done here for my Lexus GS 350 . The owners were very nice, professional, and welcoming. The price was also reasonable. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
New to the area and saw this place had stellar reviews so I gave them a call. I had previously gone to another shop for a noise my car was making and was quoted for what the noise “probably” was. Norfolk was able to get me in same day, and together we drove my car around to diagnose the issue. They were able to get parts in the following day and fix the issue at a reasonable price.
