Staff is Fantastic The staff @ Norflow are fantastic. We just moved into our home and they have helped us with our in ground pool. From getting our water sparkly clean to a new heater for our pool. Even though other pool companies (not very polite staff) are a little closer I will continue to go to Norflow because of their excellent customer service. Thank you Norflow.
Spas, Pools, & Ponds... I purchased all of my pond supplies for my backyard from Norflow. Their prices were fair and the quality of the product was exceptional. I followed John's advice for my pond and it turned out beautifully. In fact, it was so great that a duck promptly moved in within the first 24 hours of having it up and running!

Number 1 Brand in Spas Norflow sells the number one brand in spas - Jacuzzi! I had been looking for a Jacuzzi spa in the metro area and this was the place to buy. The staff was friendly and familiar with the product and willing to let me actually take a dip in their spa at the store. Overall, my shopping experience was perfect. I was able to order to perfect spa for me with all the added features that I wanted.
OWNER SEEMED TO GO OUT HIS WAY TO BE UNFRIENDLY I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT, I WAS GRILLED WHY I HADN'T BOUGHT IT AT THAT STORE (I FOUND A BETTER DEAL ELSEWHERE). THE OWNER WENT OFF ON HOW I AM PUTTING HIM OUT OF BUSINESS BY NOT PURCHASING HIS PRODUCTS. I SIMPLY ASKED HIM IF HE WOULD INTENTIALLY PAY MORE FOR PRODUCTS - ANY HOW THE GUY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! AND I HAVE TOLD SEVERAL FRIENDS.
