I've been seeing Dr. Norem as my PCP for several months now, and during that time she has always been very open to listening to my issues, providing excellent feedback and advice, and taking my personal preferences into account with my care. She's been very quick in regards to giving me referrals, renewing my prescriptions, and responding to emails I've sent her regarding updates to my health and responses to medications.Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Norem.
I love Dr. Noram. She always takes time to explain things and truly is concerned about her patients.
The most educated, professional, caring, friendly, thoughtful, accessible and hard working physician I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She also has the most courteous and professional staff. Her practice has the ability to perform many tests on site and she has an emergency clinic. It is an honor to be her patient.
Has been our family doctor for 21 years. Excellent in all regards. Keeps on top of everything involving our health. Her assistant Ruth is extremely helpful and pleasant in the toughest of times. We give Dr Norem's practice our highest recommendation.
I have a problem with her nurse. When she returned a call back to me she was very rude to me on the phone. On two other occasions she never returned my call I had to show up in office to see if I could have my labs redrawn and second time be very persistent on phone to get results, and she was very rude. Apparently she really doesn't care for her job or is overworked. That's why you have to be your own advocate.
Dr. Norem has been my doctor for close to 20 years. She is a thorough, caring physician who really gets to know her patients. She listens carefully to your concerns. You never feel rushed. Dr. Norem's recommendations and follow-ups are carefully crafted and in keeping with the most up-to -date research and studies. Her nurse, Ruth, is the best. She has called me to answer phone question at 6:30 in the evening. The two of them make a dynamic duo that deliver top quality health care.
Forget ever seeing this doctor on the day you call. Her head nurse is a as mean as a rattlesnake! She's very rude with an awful bedside manner! I had blood testing done and NEVER heard back from the doctor even though some of my levels were boarderline.
This doctor has an extremely rude nurse. You can never see her whenever you have a medical issue. She never has any openings for whenever you are having a problem. Then, you have to call and deal with her nurse. Extremely disappointed with my care.
Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Is this business handicap-accessible?
