Norelco has been unresponsive to our efforts to contact anyone to assist us in our countertop for our residence.Our job is not a very large one,so that may be the reason why this company will not give us a call or email back.Home Hardware employees were more than willing and able to help us with our project and we will never recommend Norelco to any customer looking for their services.They provided absolutely no service to us at all and this is why they are receiving an extremely poor review.We would give zero stars as our r... read more
Where do I start? We recently had a complete kitchen and sitting area/bar renovation. I met with 3 different kitchen design businesses in Kelowna, and selected Norelco due to their vision, their superior product, attention to detail and excellent customer service. Norelco knocked it out of the park on our most recent project with them (And there have been many!) my review is for my most recent project with Norelco- but it's safe to say they have consistently delivered an excellent product throughout our many years working together. We contracted Norelco to make kitchens and millwork for 2 new staff accommodation buildings at Big White Ski Resort.
