I visited this location for eyebrow and upper lip threading before my anniversary trip this summer. Shortly after my appointment, I developed a cold sore—which I’ve never had before—and when seeking treatment, I was told by my doctor it was a herpes simplex virus… Based on the timing, it is highly likely this came from unsanitary tools or poor hygiene practices during my visit. I have been coming to Noreen for full face threading and body waxing for two years since moving to Rochester. I have gotten threading/waxing in several different places in and outside of Rochester and she is best. She takes a lot of care in ensuring you get the eyebrow shape you want and offers recommendations without pressure. Moved back to the area and visited Noreen's for the first time - she is welcoming and warm and she gave me such a great shape! I've been threading for years and she's definitely one of the best.
