I've been seeing Noreen for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and really takes her time to understand what’s causing my pain. I wont go there for my lymphatic massage, all she did was just feeling my skin and not massaging it. And for me to 100 $ no worth it.
Noreen is such a local gem! Her studio is welcoming and you always leave better than you came. She walks you through her process and creates a plan for whatever you're visiting her for. I've been back several times and look forward to continuing on. Highly recommend!
Found Noreen after a search online and asking friends in town if they knew of someone who was really in tune with ones body and more than just muscles. Her myofascia work resonates with my beliefs and being and I was happy to learn alot of her beliefs on body/energy work and resonate with mine. I'm happy that the stars aligned and I found her. Been to her several times and I walk away with my body rejuvenated which helps my mental state for the days ahead.
Noreen is the absolute best! Not only is she genuinely caring but is a phenomenal healer . What sets her apart is she actually goes deep into what the pain or injuries are and sets a plan that works to restore you. Thank you Noreen!
