Noreen and her team are the best! With State Farm, you know they won’t haggle around with paying claims like cheapie insurance does. But what makes having a local office special is that you have Noreen and Mana and Fi to go directly to for questions and help. I’ve been with State Farm since I was 16. 42 now. That’s a bunch of years. I’d never even consider changing. When an accident happens it’s great to know you’ve got actual human beings that you know and respect who are in your corner. Horrible service from Noreen Lawlor. Noreen lied to my husband and I about our coverages just to sell the policy. Noreen tried to up-sale other un-needed coverages to our family. In my experience Noreen Lawlor sold us a renters insurance policy in an unethical way, by being extremely misleading and untruthful. Noreen does not know how to remain professional, this showed when she hung up on my husband mid sentence, while he inquired on our “alleged” coverages.
