Have used NorEaster Electric several times and have been impressed each time with their professional, prompt and courteous service. Nick came today to troubleshoot an intermittent problem with a circuit and replace some switches. He was very thorough in checking all possible causes, explaining his findings and suggested solutions as he progressed. The absolute best experience dealing with an electric company! From the person who answered the phone to the head electrician to the electrician who performed the work, they were all professional, reasonably priced and did an amazing job. Ben fixed everything in a very timely manner. Not only would I definitely use them again but will recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.
I called Nor’Easter Electric to repair an outside outlet and they responded to my request in less than 24 hours. Ben, the electrician, was able to solve the electrical problems we were experiencing quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant to deal with and left nothing for me to clean up. I would definitely recommend this electrician 100%.
Our swimming pool light was not working. Mike D and Eliseo had to come and go under our house and do work in the crawlspace because there was no power going to the light and they didn’t know if the original circuit was GFCI protected. they replaced the switch for the pool light with a new switch over GFCI and the new power then was run to the pool light. They tested it and it works perfectly. They both were very professional, respectful, and informed about their work. Thank you for your great service.
