I had a disappointing experience at this location. This is not the first time I felt uncomfortable during a blood draw. Today my arm was hurt during the process, and previously my son felt dizzy after having blood taken here. I hope the staff receive more training and pay closer attention to patient care and comfort.
If you make an appointment, you're in and out quickly. Staff is overwhelmed but pleasant, and professional.
Can't do anything right. I'm so tired of this.
The staff was great & it was quick. I got there on Monday 7:30 & no waiting
