I came in at 11 53 and the guy was supposed to go on lunch at 12 but he sis my blood work first and I walked ou5 1214 thank you so much for not making me wait a whole hour!very much apreciate ur service!
I've had lots of occasions to use NorDx services and they are always friendly and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them .
Well, I read through the reviews before I came and was a little nervous because of such a low rating and such horrible experiences. Had two appointments with them made over the phone while driving. Asked if they would send reminders day before and was told yes. No reminders were sent. Was told the opened at 10 and that is what their website shows so knowing I made the appts for the morning at my doctor's request I showed up at 945 for both. The first one was at 1030 so no big issue but the second one was at 930 two weeks later. 1) Closed on Monday despite the hours saying it’s open. One wasted trip. 2) Lost internet service and couldn’t restore it while I was there. Second wasted trip. 3) This location is by appointment only even though nothing here says that. Third wasted trip. If you value your time, then at least you now have the information you need learned at the cost of my time.
