Drove a half hour to two places to drop off a specimen prescribed by my doc. I was told they would just take it. Then told AFTER I got there I needed an appointment just to drop it off. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Complete waste of a day and now I need to order another specimen collection kit. Horrible communication to patient. So I’d have to wait two hours to drop off !?!
I was in and out in less than 5 mins and the phlebotomist even taught me how holding my arm straight keeps my veins from rolling making it easier to get a draw!!! This was for nordx on congress st not Falmouth
Opens later than hours posted. Always a line of 5 or 6 people waiting even with appointment's

Very slow !!! Take there sweet time. There's know urgency to help the patient. It's ajoke
