Moody poor customer service from manager. She doesn’t take returns if no tag on it with the receipt.If you buy online not guaranteed store will take your return. I reported the customer care. Manager lady needs more training.
Returned a pair of shoes after less than a month and only three wears because they were already showing peeling and cracking. I had the receipt and the tag. The associate told me all returns must be unused and within 30 days. I asked if that policy was stated on the receipt. She checked and confirmed it was not, but said it’s on the website. So apparently the expectation is to purchase something and then go look up the return policy online afterward. It was within 30 days and the shoes were barely worn. I’m giving one star b... read more
