I had a very frustrating and disappointed experience at this store. Their floor manager Alex was dismissive, inflexible, and unhelpful. He asked me to call headquarters because he refused to honor a discount of an item that was in the correct rack, with a sign clearly stating that the item should qualify and final sale. The number for “headquarters” he gave me was incorrect, he had me call the flagship store in another state.
