I have been a Nordstrom Rack customer for many years, and unfortunately, this was the first time I left the store genuinely disappointed. I found a pair of shoes that I liked, but after looking at them more closely, I noticed visible scratches on them. I asked an employee in the shoe department if she could check whether they had another pair without the scratches. I had a great experience yesterday that could have turned negative but didn’t, thanks to the store associate, Mehrin. My Nordstrom credit card wasn’t working and I really wanted to use my card since I had a large purchase. She was so patient and even called customer service on my behalf. I’m so appreciative of her customer service! I will also add that the other store associates in the dressing room were also friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience!!
