How can you have a separate space for online order pickup but then need to wait in your extremely long line? Was rudely told I need to wait in line . I may as well have just bought in the store. Do better Nordstrom
Went to pickup online order. Person in charge of online orders was working through packages, and one of the cashiers made me feel unwelcome and told me stand in line with other people waiting to check out who shopped in store.
We found some good deals on shoes
Love this store. Cashier Lauren P. is always the best and goes out of her way to assist. Highly recommended having her assist.
