I have tried staying optimistic but this experience has been completely awful. At the beginning of my treatment, I had to come back multiple times to fix the brackets for my invisalign three times because they didn’t put it on right and months later, I’m missing multiple of them because they’re overbooked and I can’t get an appointment to fix it that isn’t a cancellation.
