Kids' shoe department staff need coaching on customer service
Starting to get annoyed by service whenever I return my items. Cashiers start to act as though the cannot be bothered. They have a different demeanor when you buy stuff. Dislike!
The jewelry dept doesn't want to greet their customers
Avoid Chris D. (salesman) in Men's. Poor service. I'm a little let down given what Nordstrom's customer service standards.

Free alterations for non-sale items! Definitely worth the expensive pair of jeans considering how small I am.
This is a living hell if you're a man or a boyfriend. Be prepared to spend 70% of the day here, so have your phone fully charged. And bring a back up. I can't stress that.
Definitely the best place to get fitted for the (ahem) intimates. They know their stuff (even if it is expensive)
