I love that at Nordstroms I can take our 3 children and find what I need for myself and all 3 of them, in one place. The service is what you should expect from a nice department store. My daughter can be helped by someone in her department, while my son is helped by someone in his department while I shop for myself and my little one. And the quality of clothes are still good, and the prices are fair. It’s easy to get in and out, parking is easy, and it’s just a much less stressful than some department stores these days.
Came here to get an nice gift for mother day. The staff seemed to look down on the idea of helping a customer pay, let alone being helpful. And I was appalled that, even after paying such a premium, you can't even get a gift wrapped.
