We had reached out to many local contractors around the area with very few even willing to answer the phone. Jeremy actually did answer and was very helpful and responsive. We discuss the building of our little cottage and decided to move forward on the project with him as no others took the time to call us back. Well a few months later and I’m so grateful the “Others” never did because Nordstar Builders are great!!! Thank you guys for bringing our project to fruition we love it !!!!

The owner of this business was very shady, he never sent me a contract to sign, got very irritable and rude when I text with questions. His words in quote, "let me do my job" No communication, no receipts, he said we didn't need a receipt it was a verbal contract. He took the remaining of the supplies that we paid for ( no doubt to use it on another project) and make more money off of! Beware!!!! Surely you remember lake drive!?

Jeremy did a great job for me on a really tough project. He did a complete redo of a house I bought that was in really poor shape. It turned out great. He started with the foundation and basically rebuilt the entire house. He was easy to work with and stayed in constant communication throughout the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
