We were interested in buying a dispensing robot from them. We sent them a sample part to do trials on. They ended up manually adjusting our part to make it easier for their robot to work. When questioned, they got upset and demanded that we fly cross country to Rhode Island or they wouldn't sell us a machine. Very unacceptable and unprofessional behavior, I'd strongly recommend anyone looking to do business with them to look elsewhere.

The 5 star reviews are fake. This company is one of the WORST you could ever be forced to deal with. E-mails are answered whenever they feel like it, usually more than 3 business days and I've gone at least 2 weeks with no response. Their pricing is terrible, lead times are long because they don't stock anything. Belligerent sales people - after I call them out for not responding for over 2 weeks.
