Went there looking for door parts. I'm still waiting for a call back from 3 weeks ago. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Can't service me when I need small parts, I don't want to deal when I'll need to replace my 10 x10 doors.

The staff are nice until there is an issue and then they are rude and disrespectful. They do not know the product and will not take responsibility for not knowing product. Cut out the middle man and order this yourself, it's completely overpriced and you will be dealing with any issues on your own. This place won't take accountability for any wrong doing on their end.
We called on Wednesday night at 5:00 and they were at our house at 9:00 in the morning like they said they would be. Mike fixed our door and made other upgrades in about 1/2 hour. Extremely helpful and very nice. Will use them always.
