Honestly, this would’ve been a one star if the doctor hadn’t been polite enough. She was pretty nice. The receptionists at the front didn’t seem very helpful or nice, even when I tried to lighten the mood or be nice. They seem to just want you in and out, very rushful. The whole time they were hurrying us through almost everything, even when picking out glasses. I was nothing but disappointed in this office. The professionalism was lacking. My family and I were recommended and I will not do the same. They rush you through the two steps of the eye exam, push you to make a choice in glasses. If they are to small they stretch them out by hand and give them to you, which results in going back the way they were. If you don't want the contacts they don't want to sell you, they tell you they are ordering them for over 2 months and act surprised your upset that you want the 40$ back because... read more
