Last week I left a one-star review because I was frustrated. My current glasses had broken, I depend on them every day, and the delay had me feeling like I wasn't being heard. Since then, things changed. My glasses came in, the manager listened to my concerns, and they even removed the remaining balance due on my order. Honestly, this would’ve been a one star if the doctor hadn’t been polite enough. She was pretty nice. The receptionists at the front didn’t seem very helpful or nice, even when I tried to lighten the mood or be nice. They seem to just want you in and out, very rushful. The whole time they were hurrying us through almost everything, even when picking out glasses.
