Edit - was originally 5 star. Received some miss leading or false info from the sales rep when we were originally ordering our window. Which was the reason for the change. As far as the install goes. Roman and his team who did the install were great. Showed up right on time and took pictures and videos of the whole install process. Very professional and left the area clean. Would happily use them again in the future.
Beyond impressed and happy with the entire process. Love all the natural light, and most importantly safety access. Rick, the sales associate was awesome. Roman and his team were amazing, from the cutting and installing and clean up. Highly recommended for anyone needing windows or doors. Thanks again.
Great experience with Nordik windows. Rick who was helping me with the selection of our egress window was able to answer all of our questions and made the buying process stress free. I was promised I would get rebates and a 0% loan, I got the 0% loan and now they are saying the inspection company they chose does not work with Enbridge so you don't get the rebate. Turns out they stopped using Energuy for a smaler group, the smaller group explained after the pre inspection they are not registered to submit for the rebates through Enbridge and never was. I want to make it clear, I use Energuy in my present position and explained to my sales rep I wanted them for the Pre and Post Inspection. He said Nordic h... read more
