Got nordik windows too do four basement window inserts, considering some bad reviews, i gave them the benefit of a doubt!, after $3000 spent on 4 winfows ,that's $750 per window, but now a days, it's all about the fast money, and sloppy work, they couldn't at least caulk the trim?, and look how they left the screws, not even drilled in, and some screws heads snapped off, horrible work ethics, I wouldn't recommend these individuals too anyone! The 2 installers from Nordik arrived exactly when they said they would. These gentlemen we polite, efficient an worked well as a team. I did not think that they would finish in 1 day, but they stayed until my house was back to the way it was when they started. All of my questions were answered and I was kept informed at all times as to there progress and any issues they found and addressed. Absolute excellence!!! All interaction with Nordik Windows and Doors has exceeded my expectation.
Got them too do, 4 basement windows, for the amount of money charged, they could at very least, put some pride into there work, alittle extra caulking, on window trims, or at least asked? If we wanted that done? But no, left my windows like this!
We got 2 kitchen windows and 1 living room window (above garage) installed. A team of 2 installers arrived at 8 am, as promised, and finished the installation and cleanup by 1:15 pm. They worked very efficiently, without taking any breaks. They cleaned the windows from the outside and showed us how to operate each window. We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and work ethic of the installers. We highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors to anyone who needs to have their windows replaced.
