Loving my new hot tub from Nordic Spa. Ordering was easy, delivery on time, and the assembly went without a hitch. It looks amazing, heats up perfectly. Great quality for the price, company easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
Made this purchase from Nordic Spa 12 months ago, purchased a barrel Sauna and haven’t looked back, Health fitness is back , living the good life! Customer service was impeccable and very friendly , definitely looking at making another purchase in the near future
A disaster from day 1. I bought a 1.9m spa, with assembly. Then, no assembly was available. As it is advertised as easy DIY, not a big deal, I hired a handyman that specialised in assembly. Unfortunately it would not assemble correctly and we couldn't work out why. We called Nordic Spa, multiple times, who were less than helpful. The sales service was fine, but the ‘warranty’ and after sales assistance is less than satisfactory. I’ve had issues with the top stainless steel band wearing out within the warranty period and breaking and timber rot at the bottom, even though it’s always been off the ground. I’ve provided photos, descriptions, more photos, more descriptions and yes, more photos as requested. I have had is a response to say I can buy a new stainless steel band. This hot tub (1.9m) has been one of the best value products I've ever acquired. It is the perfect compliment to my back garden area and it gets used nearly every day. Jens has given me a lot of good advice on how to maintain and operate the hot tub. I highly recommend the one that I have for people in the country with fire wood supply. It comprises the external wood fired heater which it is easy to maintain and clean.
