This comment is referring to your carbon filters. You need to quit advertising these filters since you don’t make them anymore, the ones you make now or regular pleated filters with a “thin layer” of some kind of carbon material on the back, and as indicated in your own advertising, this is only about 1/3 of what the carbon filter would be if it was in the pleated.
