I’ve been a loyal subscriber to Nordic Naturals for years, but their communication has become absolutely terrible. Without any explanation, they suddenly stopped shipping my subscription order and left me hanging for months. The only emails I’ve received say my product will ship “when it’s back in stock” — it’s been over four months now with no updates or transparency. There's a gate on the road going up to their building and the surrounding neighborhood is not truck friendly. So if your dispatcher tells you to try getting here early so you'll have a full clock to drive to the receiver you better plan on parking somewhere else. We got here at 1 am so it's pitch black out here, with no room to turn around so now we're parked out front hoping security doesn't chase us away.
