Excellent service and always done right! Highly recommend.
Really bad attitude
This review is not regarding the mechanical service, but worker driving behaviour. Vehicle number 73 (CVC7613) was driving horribly and don’t do shoulder check. If I didn’t break suddenly, I would end up with a collision with this vehicle.
Nordic’s idea of ‘professional service’ is slapping a crusty, off-white wart of a sticker on every visible surface like it’s a middle school locker. You’d think with all that HVAC money, they could afford a label that doesn’t make a stainless-steel kitchen look like a bus station bathroom stall. If your service was actually memorable, maybe you wouldn’t need to tattoo every fridge like it’s a lost cat poster.
We have been dealing with Nordic Mechanical for over 12 years. They have always been very responsive to our requests for service when there has been an issue with our HVAC system. Their Service Technicians have always been very punctual and professional. I would highly recommend Nordic Mechanical for your commercial HVAC requirements.
