This has by far been the one of the most frustrating and heart breaking experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I have spent the better part of the day crying. The Nordic cancelled my reservation without calling me and when I called back they told me it was booked. I’m suppose to be celebrating my engagement with my family next weekend and unfortunately I won’t be able too. Beware of booking here. I booked through their direct website and took a screenshot of my confirmation with my reservation number. I never received a confirmation email so I called the front desk. They told me my reservation did not exist. The person who answered the phone (said his name was Ali) told me his system was down and proceeded to hang up on me. I immediately called back and received no answer. I waited and called back again, and when I confronted him for hanging up on me, he said he "didn't hear the phone". Terrib... read more

This was a charming, low-key motel. The rooms were small, but the beds were comfortable and covered in white linens. The bathtub leaked, and the shower faucet released a lot of rusty debris. The carpet was dingy and old. But overall the room felt clean and you could open the window and fill the space with fresh air. There was a fridge.and.microwave in the room. Breakfast was Little Debbie and walmart frozen sandwiches. The coffee was surprisingly good for hotel coffee.

This is a very dirty place. I reserved the apartment unit and the kitchen was very dirty. The sofa bed and the bed in the master bedroom were dirty, they didn’t charge the sheets. Bad bad place don’t stay here.

This place is so great. We stayed there with our emotional support cat and the owner and staff were wonderful. The room was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here.
