This place is so great. We stayed there with our emotional support cat and the owner and staff were wonderful. The room was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

I liked this place despite some bad reviews. Indoor pool was nice as well as free breakfast that had more offerings than other places. Dog friendly. Only negative was not enough towels and washcloths or extra blankets. Everyone was friendly.

We nearly ended up using someone's dirty, uncleaned room and bedding! Horrible experience with no contact from management!!!! Upon our arrival on Saturday, a very friendly girl at the reception desk greeted us, and our check-in was pleasant, quick, and easy. Our room was on the second floor. As we entered the room, I was unpleasantly surprised by how sloppily the bed was made; the cover was just thrown on, not tucked in. Avoid ever staying there. Sister Bay is beautiful but this place is terrible. We stayed because they were listed as dog friendly. The lodge is run down. We were suppose to have a king size bed and were instead given a Small QUEEN. Breakfast was nothing more than store bought danishes. They increase the price by $70 saying it was totally booked and availability cause the increase. Room was run down .. outside balcony was missing chairs and never cleaned.
