I really dont understand how this property manages to earn 5 star ratings. -Check in. No one was in office. Found several non sealed envelopes with people's names with card keys. This does not make me feel secure with anyone having access to your room keys. Also, one of the card keys from the key packet had a brown smudge and a long blonde hair that came out. -Check out. Clean rooms friendly staff. Quiet atmosphere
Great place to stay great location very charming
Spent two night her over memorial Day weekend. I booked it online a few days ahead of time because I wasn’t sure how busy McCall Idaho would be. When we drove up to check in a very friendly young lady met us in the office and gave us our keys. Everything went smoothly. The room was clean and neat. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. The hotel is nice because you can walk down to the waterfront or to several restaurants and bars. The room had a coffee pot and a small refrigerator.
Didn't stay at the hotel but the front desk attendent caIlie was a sweetheart and helped us solve a issue with a friend and went above and beyond to make sure he was safe and comfortable. Thank you very much Callie !
