I am extremely disappointed with Nordic Energy's deceptive business practices as my gas and electricity supplier. They initially lured me in with a low introductory rate for two months, but after that, they drastically increased both my gas and electricity rates without adequate notification. What a ripoff. They came to my door and said they would lower my rate. For two months I got that rate and then changed my rate up from less than 5 to over 22 during the two most air conditioning months of the year. Even though I changed back to other supplier right away I still got another bill. To make matters worse I lost the good rate I had previously and had to settle for 10 percent.
