Nordic Elevators are the maintenance company for the car lifts within our apartment complex. The car lift stopped working 1 week ago and since then nothing has been resolved meaning the cars are stuck in the basement. After multiple follow ups with Nordic Elevators team, not a single response was provided for an update as to when they will resolve the issue. Another poor experience with Nordic Elevators. Despite several attempts to rectify the situation, the issues with our elevator persist. It's been two days, and in our North Melbourne apartment block with nonfunctional elevator. What's more concerning is the lack of communication from their end. I certainly understand that they thrive on poorly managed body corporation such as Strata OCM but apparent lack of interest in providing a permanent fix is more then evident. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Nordic Elevators. Today, a maintenance sign claiming to address the maintenance with our building's elevator was posted early in the morning. However, to my dismay, no action has been taken to rectify the problem for the entire day. This lack of urgency and incompetence have resulted in significant inconvenience for all residents. shocking lifts.. in my building the lifts break down every week without fail.. 2 broke down last week so we had no lift access for a day.. shocking lifts to say the least!!!!
