I asked for a drip coffee and then I watched them make me an Americano. The reason I don’t order Americano from drive up coffee places is that they always burn it. I don’t understand how a coffee shop doesn’t have drip coffee.
We ordered 24oz latte's mine was a hazelnut the coffee was a very dark roast and I couldn't taste the hazelnut. Out first time and the reviews were great. But if you can handle dark roast make sure it's light I got super sick due to my stomach issues.
Great customer service every time I go! Great food options! I’m new to the coffee world but hands down wayyy better than most chain coffee shops with better food options.
They don’t toast their bagels. They do not put extra cream cheese. If you ask, they give you like not even too slivers on the sides they don’t spread it. Their flavor options are very limited and their lotus‘s are very disgusting. They’re very light in flavor. they’re customer service is actual trash and I seriously do not recommend I will never be going here again
