Love the way they sharpen our instrument's but, the time that they have our instruments is way too long. Also when our credit card was compromised they never called for the correct number. We only figured out there was a problem when after a solid month of them having our scalers I called them. It has now been 5 weeks as of today and still no scalers. Hoping to get them back by Monday. This unfortunately wasn't the first time It has taken so long to get the scalers back.
