I recently tried to purchase a car from this dealership and had a very poor experience. Twice, after test driving a car , I was told the vehicle had just been sold—first to a supposed buyer from Calgary, then to someone who supposedly test-drove it right before me. This felt like a classic pressure tactic.
I had been to quite a few dealerships looking for a vehicle not satisfied with the pushy salesman. Norden were always looking at my interest not their own. From the sales to the finance. Hands down the best experience I have had in a long time and will go back again for my next purchase. Me and my family came out with smiles on our faces. Thank you Norden making me feel at home.
Very satisfied. I got there on a Saturday before 10:00 and was expecting to wait for a long time but to my surprise my car was done very shortly after. 👍up very good service and friendly staff
Back again at the service dept and Richard was amazing … I was having an electrical issue that has been very difficult to figure out and he has been so patient. Thankful for the friendly and professional service
