Jeff & Co-Staff are very knowledgeable. They know their stuff. They run a clean shop, too! Plenty of parking. I would definitely use the service bay for my VW always. Thank you.
Nothing but great experiences with the folks in the service department. Emmett is the best tech who keeps my golf running in fantastic condition. The crew is very accommodating and shuttles are even offered when you drop your vehicle off!
The service at Norden Volkswagen blew my mind! Everyone I interacted with from Sales to my service Advisor Richard to the Technician who sent me an easy and in depth video of the issue with my car, made my experience completely different from any other oil change I’ve ever had. They were fast, explained everything they would do and had completed for me, and if I could rate more stars I would!
I recently tried to purchase a car from this dealership and had a very poor experience. Twice, after test driving a car , I was told the vehicle had just been sold—first to a supposed buyer from Calgary, then to someone who supposedly test-drove it right before me. This felt like a classic pressure tactic.
