Really excellent aftercare help from Steve Pereda who went out of his way to assist with a query we had with shower door supplier. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
Had an issue with an electric towel rail I purchased back in 2021. Was fully expecting to get told it was out of warranty and would need a new part/s etc. Steve found the old order, called the manufacturer on the spot, identified the issue (flat battery in a sensor) and sent me on my way with details in hand and my wallet unscathed. 5 mins later he emailed me a YouTube video of how to replace the battery. We received great customer service from start to finish. Steve Pereda went over and above to help us and nothing was to much trouble, he was friendly, super efficient and very knowledgable he gave us ideas that we hadn’t thought of which are now incorporated into our new amazing bathroom. The sink, shower, storage units etc are of excellent quality and look amazing, we also bought the tiles from Nordens as we were so pleased with them. I would highly recommend Steve Pereda and everyone who works at Norden Bathrooms & Tiles.
Two weeks on from the completion of our new bathroom project (KT3 5NN) by Homemead (Glen Mead), my wife and I continue to be impressed with the finished product. Apart from the excellent workmanship provided by Glen and his team in fitting our bathroom, the person who was key in the bathroom design and delivery of our bathroom sanitary items was Steve Pereda. Our bathroom fitter recommended Norden bathrooms to us and they could not have been more helpful and friendly. Steve Pereda was exceptional in the design and choice of products for our 2 bathrooms. His after sale care was also very impressive. Ben and Ian from the tile department were also great at helping us choose tiles and worked out the quantity and layout perfectly. We would thoroughly recommend Norden bathrooms.
