Poor business ethics here. Purchased a sofa sleeper, they delivered it for a fee (which is fine) upon delivery it was placed in my garage and wasn’t able to move it to the destination due to holidays. A week goes by we put it where we want (which there was no directions about how to switch it). Upon getting it this was a POS piece of furniture.
